“Earthside Embrace” Birth Package
This package includes:
2 Prenatal Visits- I’ll help you build a birth plan, share proven relaxation techniques, help you learn positions that you will use for labor, and breathing practices that will prepare you for childbirth. I’ll support you in envisioning and planning the care, rest, and resources you need to flourish after birth with a Postpartum Planning Session.
One 60-Minute Reiki Session
On-Call Availability from 38 weeks
Continuous Labor Support
Unlimited text, email, phone support throughout your pregnancy.
Postpartum “Welcome Home” Package
This package includes:
1 Prenatal visit - I will help you make a postpartum plan or map, before your baby arrives. Together, we will thoughtfully prepare for your "4th trimester," ensuring that I understand how to support you best and that you are informed and empowered for whatever may arise.
Postpartum Support:
Three (2 hour) In-Home Visits to use each week, after baby is born. Packages are priced per week and can be used anytime within the first 12 weeks, postpartum.
This package includes unlimited text, email and phone support through the first 2 weeks, postpartum. Because new baby’s don’t come with a manual, but you can have a skilled doula at your side!
Flexible week-by-week booking — no need to commit to long-term support upfront.
Thoughtful, personalized care to help you rest, heal, and adjust as a new parent.
Optional add-ons available: extra visits, extended support beyond the first few weeks.
