Welcome to BirthWise! I’m honored to be a part of your journey through motherhood and I’m happy you’re here! My path to becoming a doula is deeply personal and rooted in my own experiences as a mother.

I am a grateful parent of three. My journey into motherhood began at a young age, and through my first childbirth experience, I discovered a deep connection to my inner knowing and unmistakable intuition. My children have been my greatest gifts and teachers in this life, as I have learned to open more and more fully to that intuition as the years have passed.

I have also experienced first hand, the profound impact that a doula can have for a mother. I fondly recall my doula with her steady yet fierce presence, reminding me that I knew what to do to birth my child. It was a transformative experience that reshaped my understanding of birth and support. It’s this deep insight as well as my own inner wisdom about the profound nature of childbirth and parenting, that fuels my passion for guiding and supporting others through their own unique birth experiences and beyond.

People often tell me that I was made for this work, and I take great pride in the wisdom and listening skills I bring to my practice. My mission is to help women reclaim their birthright, naturally and unapologetically, while embracing their new roles as mothers with confidence and grace.
